Obsidian Development was founded in 2023 by Scot Duffield, a 20+ year veteran of HR leadership and product management, with an extensive background in organizational development initiatives to transform the employee experience. Deep experience with developing SAAS tools with amazing customer engagement for internal B2C and B2B users.
