Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Alignmental handles personal information when you visit this website, contact us, or schedule a conversation.
Effective September 15, 2026
Who this policy covers
Alignmental LLC (“Alignmental,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an organizational effectiveness consulting practice based in Seattle, Washington. This policy applies to alignmental.co, our booking page, and communications submitted through those services.
It does not replace the confidentiality, privacy, or data-processing terms that apply to a client engagement. When Alignmental processes workforce, survey, interview, or other organizational data for a client, the applicable client agreement, statement of work, data-processing terms, and any respondent notice govern that work.
Information we collect
Information you provide. We may receive your name, email address, organization, appointment details, and information you include in an inquiry or other communication. Please do not submit confidential employee information through the public website or booking page.
Technical and usage information. Webflow may process information needed to deliver, maintain, and secure the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and timestamps.
Optional analytics information. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics may collect information about pages viewed, referring pages, general device and browser characteristics, and approximate location. Alignmental does not load Google Analytics until you accept.
How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you book a conversation or communicate with us, automatically through technology required to operate and secure the site, and through optional analytics after you give consent.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange conversations, evaluate whether an Alignmental offering may fit your needs, provide requested services, operate and secure the website, understand site use, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights.
Where a legal basis is required, we process information to take steps you request before entering a contract, perform a contract, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, comply with legal obligations, or act with your consent. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time.
Cookies and analytics
The site stores your analytics preference in your browser. If you decline, optional Google Analytics code and cookies are not loaded. Services needed to host the website or display Microsoft Bookings may use technologies necessary to provide and secure their functions under their own policies.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and respond to you, including Webflow for website hosting, Microsoft Bookings for scheduling, and Google Analytics for optional website measurement. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, when required by law, in connection with a business transaction, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Alignmental does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Provider policies: Webflow Privacy Policy, Microsoft Privacy Statement, and Google Privacy Policy.
Client engagement information
Consulting work may involve workforce data, employee surveys, interviews, or organizational records supplied or authorized by a client. In those circumstances, Alignmental handles the information for the agreed purpose and follows the applicable contract and data-processing terms. Access, confidentiality, aggregation, reporting, retention, and deletion requirements are established for the engagement. Questions from employees or other participants may need to be directed to the client organization that determined why the information was collected.
Retention and security
We retain website inquiries and booking communications for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Analytics information is retained according to the settings of the applicable analytics service. Client information follows the applicable engagement and legal requirements.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
International processing
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on contractual or other lawful measures for transfers of personal information.
Your privacy choices and rights
You can decline or withdraw optional analytics consent without losing access to the site. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify a request before acting on it, and legal exceptions may apply.
To make a privacy request, email alignmentalco@alignmental.co. If applicable law provides a right to appeal our response, you may use the same address and state that you are submitting an appeal.
California online-tracking disclosure
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because no uniform response standard applies and this site already blocks optional analytics until affirmative consent, the site does not respond separately to that signal. Third parties may collect technical information needed to provide their services, and Google Analytics may collect the optional analytics information described above only after consent. Alignmental does not use the site for targeted advertising or the sale of personal information.
Children
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
