Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.
About the website
Alignmental LLC (“Alignmental,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides information about organizational effectiveness consulting, workforce insights, performance diagnostics, HR effectiveness assessments, and related services. Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a recommendation or substitute for advice based on your organization’s particular facts, evidence, and circumstances.
Consulting engagements
These Terms govern the public website only. Consulting services are governed by the proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, data-processing terms, or other written agreement accepted by Alignmental and the client. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Permitted use
Alignmental grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the website for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. No other right or license is granted.
Prohibited use
You may not use the website to violate law or another person’s rights; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware or harmful code; disrupt the website or its infrastructure; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; systematically extract content in a manner that burdens the site; or remove proprietary notices. Reasonable indexing by public search engines is permitted.
Intellectual property
The website and its text, methods, frameworks, graphics, branding, logos, design, and other content are owned by Alignmental or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may print or save reasonable portions for your internal evaluation of Alignmental’s services. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
Information you submit
You are responsible for information you submit through the booking page or other communications. Please do not send confidential employee information, sensitive personal information, or proprietary workforce data through the public website or booking form. Submission of an inquiry does not create a consulting, fiduciary, or confidential relationship.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or embed services operated by others, including Microsoft Bookings and LinkedIn. Alignmental does not control those services, and their own terms and privacy practices apply. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement of all third-party content.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit the site, schedule a conversation, or choose to enable analytics.
Website availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website. We do not guarantee that the site or any content will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, complete, or error-free.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Alignmental disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing on the website guarantees a particular organizational, workforce, financial, or business outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alignmental and its owner, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the website. Alignmental’s total liability arising from the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the website after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
General provisions
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement concerning use of the public website and do not replace any signed consulting agreement.
